Cotton Court rooms are very nice. Bed is comfortable. Sheets are soft. Everything you need is available. Restaurant was delicious. Courtyard is nice with fountains and nice pool. lots of outdoor hang out places. Staff welcoming and courteous.

Awesome Hotel

Super cute hotel! When you check in they offer you a beer or bottle of water. Bring a swimsuit. Cute pool area and great lounging area by fire pit. Lots of space to sit outside with friends. Great restaurant/bar. Our room was cute and the best shower ever. There is a full size SMEG refrigerator fully stocked with allll kinds of fun stuff and a basket of goodies (there is a charge). I love how they have big ice coolers with small bags of ice and also a bucket on top of the fridge for ice to ice down your beer /wine. Great place and close to everything

I stayed here one other time a couple of years ago and was very impressed with my room, but this time, I'm extremely disappointed. I arrived after driving over six hours and was utterly exhausted. I get in my room, and the first thing I notice is the lack of cleanliness. There were little black things & hair on the bed spread, stains on the couch (I didn't want to sit on it) and the bathroom floor had dirt near the toilet area. Also, the bathroom counter had fingerprints on it. I then went to take a shower because I remembered last time, the water pressure was awesome, well, not this time. It barely trickled out and it took forever to wash the soap & shampoo off. I was too tired to complain & change rooms, so I'm stuck in an obviously dirty room for the night. I'm glad I brought my own disinfecting wipes, so I could at least clean the counter, remote control and bedside table. Clearly the maids are in a hurry and doing a quick tidying up instead of a full fledged clean. The next morning, I tried making a cup of coffee, only to discover the plug in the bathroom doesn't work when I tried plugging the coffee maker in. Oh, add another plug is out next to the bed along with the light. :(

The property is very catchy, curb appeal, nice design. I’m sure it was magnificent when it first opened. However, the upkeep is terrible. As soon as you enter the hallways and the room itself, you can tell all they do is change sheets. The ceiling fan, the a/c unit, the furniture is stacked with filth. I can’t even describe the carpet…. basic housekeeping can maintain a place like this in good condition. Needs a deep clean throughout, It’s a simple fitted sheet placed on the mattress. I removed it and saw hair all over the mattress. It’s a very cute place, but lacks cleanliness.

Almost like being in your own home.

The Cotton Court is a great place located in Downtown Lubbock. It is conveniently located to the university. The service is great, The rooms are more comfortable than most homes.

The parking was a little challenging unless you had the option to valet park. Not always available, but I found street parking every time. The hotel is amazing! I love it, and have stayed here four times now, passing through Lubbock to drive to Santa Fe, or Fort Worth. I love the beds and the wonderfully decorated rooms. The stocked refrigerator is a great option if you get in late or just need a snack. The courtyard with fire pits, tables, and lots of seating is beautiful at night. Stay out late, grab a drink, enjoy the live music, and relax. The shower is also the BEST! Stay here. Stay a few extra days and explore Lubbock! It's all good.

We loved the hotel feel, it was super cute but the staff wasn't very friendly unless you were a higher end customer. We asked for more towels and the front desk was rude about it, its mainly that hotel for younger adults who like to party. I got charged more than what we ate as far as snacks in the motel and i still haven't gotten my deposit back and its been 5 days.
