Room needed maintenance. Food at breakfast was cold or at best Luke warm. We were there at 7am when it opened. No help from staff. When I asked for the manager to call me as he was not there..I never received the call. Did not stay the 2nd night but no refund.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel was comfortable and quiet. Conveniently located neat Texas Tech. Breakfast could ge spriced up, but we weren't really there for that, so no big deal. I would stay again.

The customer service was good. What was not good was for one, the tv in our room didn’t work. The picture kept glitching so couldn’t watch anything the entire night. The breakfast was not that good. You have to pay to use their WiFi, You’ll be charged an extra $30 for parking. If I’d known that beforehand I would have stayed somewhere else. I’m glad we were staying only one night.
