Only one block from Tech Terrace park, which offers a great walking track. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need, as is the laundry room. This is a cute, clean house perfect for my quick weekend spent in Lubbock. The location was great-close to Texas Tech where we spent most of our time and my son's house. The host has excellent communication. I will definitely be booking again when I come back to town.
