Room Cleaning never showed up, no refills on coffee. Offered free breakfast then charged for it … no valet and no staff after 11 pm with screaming children running through the hallways. Not at mandarin level. Bummer as we were really looking forward to this stay.

This is a class act property! We stayed two nights here and it was a great experience. The staff handled everything professionally. Our room was beautiful, had a beautiful view of the lake. The Mandarin Oriental-Lucerne was paradise. It is centrally located, the room was very large and spacious. The view was spectacular! I have nothing bad to say about my experience.
