Adorable place! Staff was very knowledgeable, but not the best. I felt like they did the bare minimum. Had a few issues during the stay and not super happy with the results. But loved the place and the convenience of location.

This hotel was wonderful! The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. Our room was amazing, very clean, comfortable bed and overall top notch. We needed assistance with our heat and the maintenance man was up within minutes to help us. Location was great an close to ferry dock. We were extremely satisfied with this hotel and look forward to coming back in the future.

Beautiful room in an elegant but family friendly hotel. Every staff member was pleasant, polite, and helpful. Excellent location near the ferry docks; porter delivered our luggage to our room so we could start exploring gorgeous Mackinac Island right away.We travel often and could not have been more pleased. Highly recommend the Lake View and hope to return soon with no thought of staying elsewhere!
