This place needs a up date...the shower was cold ...and mold on bathroom floor.... the bed was short sheeted .....someone hit are car in the parking lot...no breakfest....I would never recommend anyone to stay here....the front desk would not give me any refund because of third party booking...no voucher or gift card ....don't stay here you will be sorry

Needs attention

The staff was very attentive and gave us a 1st floor because of our dog for our convenience in letting her out. It was a handicapped accessible room which is fine but there was a strong urine smell. Beds were very comfortable. Not sure if the smell was from the bathroom or carpet. Needs extra attention for sure.

The beach area was very nice with a wood fire going so it was a lovely place to relax and take in the awesome scenery. Coffee offered in lobby. Could offer hot chocolate for kids and adults. I enjoyed the pool. Internet connection was iffy.

First room was dirty, the following room they gave us was even dirtier by dirty I mean toilet stains, beds undone, dirty towels in bathroom, garbage/ hair in garbage cans.. after the second time complaining the lady that was assisting us personally went to check a room before giving us key and upgraded room to lake view.
