This was a basic inexpensive hotel. Keep your shoes on in the room because the carpets are old and sticky. However, it was a good location and was sufficient. There is no breakfast though, just granola bars and coffee. The staff was great and the pool was nice.

Lovely stay!

Ferry right next door took us under the Mighty Mac and then to Mackinac Island.
Beautiful fireworks as we watched from our balcony.

I reserved the king/queen beds room. Upon first entry the beds were made and it appeared to be ok. But then my sons took off their shoes and the carpet was squishy. By the time we left today, our sheets were damp and everything smelled like mildew. There was actually MOLD growing up the bathroom door and walls. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the only light switch was behind the doors. To top off everything- our first morning there the toilet was clogged and their answer to the issue was to hand my husband a plunger! I would NEVER recommend this hotel. I am beyond disappointed.
