We got there 2 minutes too late for breakfast on Christmas morning, and the lady put the plates away immediately. But the food was still out. She wouldnt let us have any. I mean, we were a couple min after the cut off, but it was Christmas and she was fxn rude and hated her job!

When we checked in at 4:30 pm . We waited at the desk for over 20 minutes. I asked another employee for help and he pointed toward the desk and got on an elevator. The front desk person was a sleep by the camera monitor. When I was loud enough to wake her she was very rude and not very welcoming.

My experiences with Wyndham hotels have been a mixed bag, some were great, some not so much. I'm happy to say this one fits into the former category. Staff was very nice and welcoming and had my room ready for me immediately. The room itself was nice for the most part, the bed was comfy and the shower was nice and hot. There were a couple areas that couldve been cleaned better, specifically the small resting area by the window, but otherwise it was a pleasant stay.
