House Rules & Occupancy Policy
• Maximum of 5 registered guests may stay overnight.
• Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.
• Additional visitors are not permitted unless approved in writing before arrival.
• Violations involving unregistered guests or occupancy limits may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property.
• Please respect the home, neighbors, and community at all times.
• Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No smoking inside the home.
• Report any damage as soon as it occurs.
• Lock all doors when leaving and at checkout.
Use of Property & Spaces
• If you have daytime plans or activities on the property, the reservation must include both the night before and the night of that day. The home is not available for single‑day daytime use without an overnight stay.
• A refundable hold may be required depending on the size or nature of your stay.
• Certain types of hosted activities may be considered with prior written approval.
• Any approved use must stay within the agreed‑upon number of people on the property.
• Capacity limits for overnight stays and daytime use may differ and must be approved in advance.
