Check-in was generally fine, but I did have to remind the front desk staff to provide the complimentary water gift bag that was given to the guest ahead of me without prompting. It would have been appreciated if this had been offered consistently to all guests.

Those stars were for check in very friendly lady. Now the room was another, clean it was, too small for us, toilet seat falling off, i guess its myfaulf for not reading the room details but i go back and fourth from ind. To fl. 4 times a year. I have never had a room without a coffee maker and microwave untill now. Never again.

Staff was phenomenal! AC unit in the room was terribly noisy & unable to quiet the noise even if turning the unit off, the quilt on the bed was thin and not warm enough to sleep with versus a standard comforter. A bottle of water was being sold at the front desk for $7 United States of American dollars….cmon now, do better.

It was a last minute trip and despite the large number of cheerleaders, the hotel was run efficiently, friendly, and professionally. It was a real treat.

The room was ok but not as big as they usually are though! Also, I didn’t like that they charged my credit card for the whole stay before we even got there! I don’t agree with that and we won’t be back there! You should be able to check out and pay when you leave! The lady on the phone said they had to charge me in order to hold our room! That is not a good business practice in my opinion!

Friendly staff. Lobby, gym, common areas clean no stinky hotel smells . Mattress pads super nasty stained (needs replacement) n fan in bathroom out of whack rough sounding, window screen stuck down as well. No weed smells though, quiet , safe feeling.
