There are built-in wardrobes in all rooms. The apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi and SmartTV. All rooms have a ducted air conditioning system (DAIKIN).

The apartment has a doorman and a seasonal pool for the use and enjoyment of the residents of the property (with extra cost).
