Beautiful house of 100m located in the heart of Madrid in the beautiful and multicolored neighborhood of Chueca, just 5 minutes from the great street of Madrid 10 minutes from the Puerta del Sol and less than 20 minutes walking from any point of interest (museums, parks. Restaurants, shops etc) consists of a double room with a large bed and a sofa bed in the very comfortable living room of 1.40 wide x 2m long. Large bathroom with everything you need including a large shower with hydromassage. A small toilet in the kitchen. A large living room with a beautiful sofa corner TV and a large balcony overlooking the street plus a small gym with everything you need to be fit. The house has a large kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic microwave, etc. The whole house has large windows that overlook both the exterior and the interior of the building.
