This very bright apartment is completely exterior and located on the 5th floor of a building with 2 elevators. It is fully equipped with everything necessary to make your temporary stay in Madrid unforgettable.

There is 1 bedroom with a double bed, flat-screen TV, and terrace. The living room has a sofa that converts into a double bed.

The bathroom is fully equipped with a bathtub, bidet, and sink.

The living room features a flat-screen TV, sofa, and dining table, as well as a practical breakfast bar—perfect for a temporary stay in Madrid.

The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, plates and cutlery, glasses and mugs, etc. This apartment is ideal for making Madrid your home for a while.

Big place in the center of everything

Great spot for exploring Seville on foot. I would not recommend bringing a car, but public transportation is everywhere. It's a short walk to the Cathedral and the Alcazar we were able to explore most all of the main sites on foot three

Week in Madrid

We enjoyed staying at the apartment. It was nice and comfortable. The location was great for exploring Madrid and close to subway and bus lines. Plus there were grocery stores and places to eat all nearby.

Great apartment in nice neighborhood

Our stay at Charming Arguelles was amazing. It is a cozy apartment with all the amenities provided. We did not cook anything but there is a small stove and oven available. The place was immaculate when we arrived and the bed was very comfortable. There is a washing having but no dryer as you hang you clothes on the line and rack in the small balcony in the bedroom. Closets have locks on them to keep your belongings safe. Jose Javier and Alejandra were very, very accommodating as we kissed our original flight and had to arrive a day late. We had booked a train to Segovia that day but Jose Javier and Alejandra were so understanding as very flexible and agreed to meet us at the apartment at 9:15 to drop off the key. The apartment is within walking distance of both metro and several bus stops which makes getting around Madrid very easy. It does get a little noisy in the early morning hours but a pair of earplugs solved that problem. We would definitely stay here again for any future trips to Madrid Thank you Jose Javier and Alejandra, you’re the best!!!!
