Loved staying here! It was right in the middle of everything and so easy to walk anywhere in the city. Lots of space for our group and quiet at night despite being so close to all the action. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was great. Central to everything. Nice street just off the main boulevard.However, the stay started poorly. We were told we could drop our luggage starting at 12:30pm. They did not allow baggage until 2:00 pm. Check in was supposed to be 3:00pm, we were not allowed to check in until 4:00 pm. We had a total of 6 people in our party. First night was good. Two people were able to shower with hot water. Starting day 2, Easter Sunday, we had NO HOT WATER!!! I messaged both the owner and the management company. The owner told me to reach out to the management company, after that he was completely silent. The management company never responded. We had NO HOT WATER for the remainder of our stay and ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. THEY AHOULD GIVE US A PARTIAL REFUND. STILL, COMPLETE SILENCE.
