DWO was a wonderful base for our holiday in Madrid. We appreciated having a lovely, comfortable, clean hotel, with very well appointed rooms and a kind staff without spending a fortune. pleasant stay at DWO Alcalá Hotel

I had a pleasant stay at DWO Alcalá Hotel. The rooms are clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the breakfast was very nice with a good selection to start the day. The staff were helpful and professional, always ready to assist with any questions. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is not very close to the city center, so you’ll need to take public transport or have a car to get around easily. Also, note that the restaurant only serves à la carte food starting from 7pm — something to consider if you're arriving hungry earlier in the evening. Overall, a good option if you're looking for a quiet and clean place to stay outside the busy city center.
