Ideal para descansar bien, moverse mucho y ser bien atendido Tuve una grata experiencia en el hotel H&L Callao. Las habitaciones están en excelente estado: limpias, modernas y con acabados que transmiten frescura y cuidado. Pero hay algo que personalmente valoro mucho y este hotel lo cumple con creces: los colchones y la lencería de cama son de primera. Dormir bien es fundamental para mí, y aquí el descanso fue realmente reparador. El servicio del staff es otro gran punto a favor. La atención fue increíble de principio a fin —cordiales, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Se agradece ese tipo de calidez. La ubicación es estratégica: perfecta para moverse por la zona, caminar, conocer y estar bien conectado. Eso sí, vale la pena tener claro que tanto las habitaciones como las áreas comunes son reducidas. No es un hotel para pasar el día, sino más bien para llegar, dormir y salir a explorar. En resumen: si tu plan es recorrer los alrededores y regresar solo a descansar, este hotel cumple con todo lo esencial y más. Cómodo, limpio, bien ubicado y con un staff de primera. ¡Recomendado!

Room was nice but it was very hot then randomly in the middle of the night became an ice box. We chose this hotel for the rooftop terrace but they lock it at midnight, which is the same time the restaurants close

Wow what a hidden gem! It’s literally right next to the Gran Via street. Everything is within walkable distance. Food. Shops. Laundry. Metro. Literally anything you need you can walk to it from the hotel. Better yet, you can also walk to main attractions from the hotel too! I will say the rooms are small but comfortable enough. With no doubt I would book it again. Gloria at the front desk was amazing too. She’s there for anything you need. She’s very professional, friendly, and just makes your stay better.

My one-night stay at L&H Callao Selection was excellent and exceeded expectations. The location couldn’t be better — right next to Callao and Gran Vía, perfect for sightseeing, shopping, or catching a late show without worrying about transport. Arrival was smooth and quick. A seamless and comfortable stay in the very center of Madrid — I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
