This common area is perfect for breakfast, meeting others, or working while enjoying views of the city and socializing with other tenants.

Accommodating up to 4 people, this elegant studio features a double bed with a luxury mattress and a comfortable sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare your own meals with quality appliances such as an induction hob, microwave, and refrigerator. The modern designer bathroom includes a rain showerhead for a relaxing experience after a day working or studying in Madrid. Additionally, you’ll find a 40-inch Smart TV and all the design and comfort you need for your stay.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.

-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
