This was our second stay, and the location is still the biggest highlight — steps from Gran Vía and close to everything. Check‑in was smooth and efficient. The room was clean, spacious, and having access to a washer/dryer with laundry pods was very convenient. However, the noise was a major issue. Our second‑floor room faced the street, and between the nearby club and the garbage bins out front, it was difficult to sleep, especially on weekends. Staff were helpful but not as warm or welcoming as during our previous stay.
