Terrible stay

Terrible sewer smell on hallways and room, dirty water coming from the bathroom floor. They didn’t turn the A/C on the room I asked why and was told it was a Madrid thing. I ‘ ve been to Madrid before in march and they have A/C. The room was warm and stuffy. I was told to open the window and the noise was so loud I couldn’t sleep. I asked to change rooms, it was the same in another room. No A/C even when they told me they would turn it on.

An ok stay

Very close to Prado Museum. On hotels.com website, it states there is hamam on site. So we brought plastic slippers and bathing suits for it. But actually there is no hamam at all. Only a small jacuzzi in the basement, belong to a spa which is not part of the hotel. It costs 25 Euro to use the jacuzzi. Dispointed for their false advertisement.

A pleasant stay with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Best location in downtown Madrid and good value based on comparable hotels in the area. Close to many museums, the train station, a variety of restaurants, shopping, etc. Great overall.

perfect boutique hotel with a great location

From the moment we arrived, we we're greeted and treated with the warmest regards...we were given a map and our check in agent basically mapped out where to go... the location of the hotel is perfect to walk to most of the major sight seeing stops... the spa was a relaxing end of a long day of walking... the bartender was super nice and brought us Negronis to the room!.. We would definitely recommend for ease of sight seeing and eating.

In an ideal location to walk to the major attractions of old Madrid. Surprisingly quiet. We found the staff to be exceedingly helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel for another visit.

They have a terrible problem with the plumbing . 1st room it got flooded and they change me to another one that stink terrible and they try to cover it with perfume . I couldn’t wait to get out of there . Never again
