The hotel is wonderfully located in the center of the city - I walked to all the attractions, shopping and dining. Rooms are beautifully designed, very quiet for being in the center of the city. Staff is very friendly. Roof top bars has fantastic views and a wonderful pool area for relaxing. I would stay here again.

Nickah who was working at the reception was absolutely incredible. The customer service was so outstanding way beyond any hotel I have stayed at. She made sure everything we needed was sorted and happy to assist us whatever direction was necessary. She is the best ambassador the hotel could hope to have. The other staff were also very good but Nickah was exceptional!

Amazing hotel. Staff was very welcoming! Clean and top amenities! Nothing negative about this hotel. Will stay again! My rooms door rattled a bit every time the nearby doors closed. Should be an easy fix. But definitely just amazing hotel! Will stay there again hopefully!

The staff was terrific! Very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was convenient for breakfast and the food was good. The hotel is centrally located with an almost complete new plaza in front and a taxi stand is just on the opposite side from the hotel. This made our museum trips much easier. The room wasn’t large, but it had a great shower.
