Suffering in Lavapies

Madflats is the worst company to rent. It has no emphathy for the client. The location of the apartment is on a hill and never should be rented to a couple 78 years old. The entrance to the apartment is rundown and the elevator is for two person without luggage.We suffer for two month as it was already paid.

Great stay in Madrid, except for basic food items

The property was centrally located to all the main points of interest in Madrid. Everything was about 20 minutes away walking distance. We enjoyed our stay, the apartment was very comfortable. The only thing I would highly recommend is for the property management company to provide basic, non-perishable, food items, such as; coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper, oil, and ideally a welcome bottle of wine as many other properties offer.
