Given the wrong room.

It was a wonderful location. I booked 3 nights with the “vincci” room terrace with a city view. I was given the wrong room my first night because the room I booked was not available. I had to move the next morning to the room I had originally booked. Everyone was very nice, however, I was not compensated for the initial mistake.

I'm so glad I chose this hotel. The staff is excellent, breakfast is worth the price, the bar is great, and the neighborhood has many shopping and dining options. Taxis are readily available.

I'd stay again and again

I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago, and it has only improved with age. The staff is terrific—helpful and kind. The amenities are great. They serve an excellent breakfast. The location is perfect, with great restaurants, shopping steps away, and an easy commute to local attractions.

This was an excellent hotel to stay at. I would definitely stay for longer if I could but we were only in Madrid for 1 night. The hotel room was lovely and the breakfast was one of the best ones we had in Spain. There were so many options and even gluten free options! The staff were friendly and helpful. It was also close to the train station and walkable.
