It was claimed that I had a booking with this establishment through Expedia, when I declared that I did not confirm such a reservation, nor did I receive or I acknowledge any confirmation sent to me within 3 months of the stay. The property did call me to see where I was on the night of question and I notified them of this error, yet they still proceeded to charge my card with no contact to myself. My credit card was charged and now I am having a very hard time trying to recover the funds for my supposed reservation that never happened. I have reached out to Expedia several time with no response, hence I thought I would try the hotel directly. I appreciate any response.

Disappointed the king bed was 2 singles joined together. My partner and I kept getting stuck in the middle as it would dip where it joins. Needs to be a screen on the glass sliding door, and the desk in the room was chipped all over with marks. Not what i would expect for a premium king room.

The mattress was horrible, it sagged heaps. The shower head needed fixing as the water wasnt coming out right. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and had no smell.. the air-conditioning worked and the towels were clean
