Stayed one night. Short walk to restaurants. Clean and comfortable. Would have been nice to have the window open but noisy on the street side. Also, need curtains that block the street lights. They sit too far off the window which allows bright light in. Otherwise good apartment with more amenities than we needed for one night. Staff were friendly. Would stay there again when visiting Maitland.

Facilities were good- room lovely and bed comfortable which is greaf. Service however is dreadful and for this reason I would be hesitant to recommend. I booked through Wotif and there was some confusion about the fact that I had paid a deposit. Rather than try to sort it out they put all responsibility on me and told me they would cancel my booking if I didn't pay in full - according to thr staff this instruction came from upper management. This was despite me providing a receipt for my payment!
