Convenient to where appointment is located. TV sound did not go above 25. Very difficult to hear. Smell of mold and mildew upon walking into lobby. Roaches seen in room. Black mold in shower not cleaned off. Would be a fantastic property if just for a items were taken care of.

This hotel is old and dirty, the rooms smelled bad, mold in the shower all over. Hot water didnt work most of time time, the walls were dirty and damanged. I would not stay here again.

40 dollar a night special

Not bad at all for just 40 dollars a night. If you can get a room on the 12th or higher floor, you won't notice any street traffic noise. Also Robinsons shopping mall is close by with a 24/7 Dennys restaurant. Yu mmy

I stayed at the Go Hotels Ermita before, but I found that the room conditions have gone down too much even for the lower price. Additionally, I only had one working electrical outlet in my room, cold water in the shower, plus my room was just beside the elevator 1115 so very noisy all the time.

Our reservation was made through Hotels.Com, and we reserved 7 rooms in one reservation. However, when we arrived at the hotel, finding our reservation at the front desk took so long. Hotels.com reservation system and this hotel's reservation system are not well connected. It should be improved. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast at all. If so they should not be mentioned on the website.
