Çalışanlar çok yardım sever güler yüzlü sıcacık insanlardı iletmenin en büyük şansı personel kalitesi diye düşünüyorum tek sorun alt kattaki odadaydık ve merdiven çok dikti çocuklarla inmekte çıkmada zordu. Ayrıca merdiven kapalı değildi bütün yağmur odaya inip çıkarken üzerimizden geçti bu konu iyileştirilebilir. Ama işletme sahibi de çalışanlarda çok iyi yardımsever insanlardı. Bir örmek vermek gerekirse arabamızın tekerleği patlamıştı tamirci bulup yaptırdılar biz hiç arabayı görmedik resepsiyondaki beyefendiye çok çok teşekkür ediyorum. Bunun gibi bir çok sorunla yakından ilgilendiler teşekkür ederim. Konum olarak çok güzel bir yerdeydi. Eski Mardin in hemen girişinde.

Nous avons attendu plus d'une heure avant l'heure d'entré officiel en chambre. La chambre n'était pas encore prête. Les draps de lit étaient humides. La propreté était pas réellement optimale. Le tuyau du pommeau de douche était déchiré et difficilement utilisable. Le dernier jour de notre séjour, nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude. La localisation était parfaite.

Konumu çok iyi, manzara açısından mükemmel terastan harika Mezopotamya ovası ayaklarınızın altında.. çalışanlar çok iyi niyetli ve ilgili, kahvaltı biraz daha zengin olabilirdi.Triple (üç kişilik) odalar dar ve sıkışık olduğu için oda içinde rahat hareket edemedik.
