Otelin konumu güzeldi Mardin çarşının başlangıcı sayılır yeni yapılan restoran yerlerine çok yakın Mardin yazısının olduğu yere meydana yürüyerek 5 dakika Büyük aile odasında kaldık 1 gece konakladık iyiydi genel anlamda her şey , 2 terası var gayet güzel Otel çalışan arkadaşları da samimi arkadaşlar ilgililerdi Biz memnun kaldık Teşekkürler

Propreté et confort pas au rendez-vous

Nous avons attendu plus d'une heure avant l'heure d'entré officiel en chambre. La chambre n'était pas encore prête. Les draps de lit étaient humides. La propreté était pas réellement optimale. Le tuyau du pommeau de douche était déchiré et difficilement utilisable. Le dernier jour de notre séjour, nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude. La localisation était parfaite.

Konumu çok iyi, manzara açısından mükemmel terastan harika Mezopotamya ovası ayaklarınızın altında.. çalışanlar çok iyi niyetli ve ilgili, kahvaltı biraz daha zengin olabilirdi.Triple (üç kişilik) odalar dar ve sıkışık olduğu için oda içinde rahat hareket edemedik. Genel anlamda çok iyiye yakın iyi diyebilirim.

Fantastic stat. The localisation on the mountain in the old city has an amazing wiev. The Room, the personal outstanding. We are in love with Mardin and Will come back

Bir gece aile odası tuttuk. Gayet konforluydu. Çalışanlar hem güler yüzlü hemde çok ilgiliydi. Çok yardımcı oldular. Mardin'e gelirsek yine tercih ederiz. Sadece kahvaltı beklentinin altındaydı.Sicak kahvaltiliklar özelikle kapalı sıcak bir yerde kalsa çok daha iyi olur du. Tabak yerine.

Otel çalısanları ve sahibi Sercan Bey’in misafirperverliği, ilgisi çok iyiydi. Odalar çok temiz ve konforluydu. Kahvaltı bol çeşitli, lezzetliydi. Otelin terası Mardin kalesi ve cevresini izlemek için harikaydı. Konum olarak eski Mardinin tam girişindeydi.
