We were allowed 1.00pm checkout followed by bag storage, use of pool and shower before departing in the late afternoon. Friendly and accommodating staff. Great location Breakfast a little crowded after 8.00am.

We booked a Deluxe Superior room for one night. When we booked the photograph of the room is what we expected on arrival. This was not the case. The room did not have a bench and chair and mirror. It was tiny. We had to walk over our suitcases. It was in the new wing. It had been refurnished and was clean. A disappointment Wotif.Hotel Bencoolen @ HongKong Singapore. The bonus was the hotel was close to the canal and there was plenty of food outlets.

Like our stay at the hotel but i think it needs upgrade of the rooms as its quite old but quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay there.
