Staff was friendly and efficient. No elevators, so had to carry everything upstairs. Althought staff offered to do it. Hallways were dark.

Room Was clean And convenient for our doggy. Air conditioner fan blew all night and every in the room. Service was good. People friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not too desirable. Rate was good however so thanks for that. Overall a pleasant stay.

We attempted to check in at 2:15 which I understand the normal check in time is 3:00. We had just rode motorcycles for 3 hour in the pouring rain and was told there were 0 rooms available at that time and at 3:00 magically all the rooms were available. I felt a logical staff member would be able to accommodate travelers that were soaking wet and allow for a common sense decision instead of saying we could find a place to wait down the road at a restaurant or bar. Apparently the gal at the desk was unwilling to use common sense and allow for an early check-in. In my opinion she should find another career field. "Ian" another employee should be the Hotel manager, he was extremely helpful when we came back and were allowed to check -in. He bent over backwards to explain what was available in the area and trying to accommodate our needs. By the way it was clear that rooms were clean and available when we first stopped in.
