The staff was wonderful. In all the areas,reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff provideded excellent service. The restaurant had delicious food. Unfortunately the room condition could be improved. The sink was clogged, the balcony door did not lock, the room temperature could not be adjusted and the hot water had to run over 10 minutes to warm up.

Everything was great but until the end when checking out our flight didn't leave to 6 hours later and they were only able to save your luggage for 3 hours and so when we came back we waited in the lobby but one of the receptionist kept looking at us like if we were strangers and I did not like that

The room was clean, had everything they offer with your reservation. AC worked perfect, room service, good. The staff was very welcoming, specially one of the front desk persons, his name is Jesus. Very helpful when asked questions about the zone. First time staying at the Varali, and definately will stay again during my next visit.
