Overall satisfactory stay. Location is good short walk to haram. Lots of shops and food on same street. Hotel itself has tiny elevator rooms are quite small but clean. Very expensive for the price not value for money. Housekeeping on request but very slow. Language barrier. Very little facilities

Good, can be improved further
My stay with family was good. reception officer was very nice man, was able to speak good english as well. cleanliness was good. the only issue,"Toilet was very congested, coffee sachet were not provided even after request, they have no parking at all, lift size is also very small, maximum 4 people can accomodate. overall it was not a bad deal, neither too good.
