Location was excellent. Staff were lovely. Just found the layout in general was odd. Restaurant is squashed in by the lifts and not very big, front entry is not manned so both cars and people are confused about where to park or come in

The place is looking a tad tired. Having access passes to the garage was a hassle as you had to ask the staff to open and close the door. But the staff were extremely friendly.

close to CBD , good value for money, a little noisy at night especially with windows open as Air conditioner ineffective.

Great location...walking distance to waterfront & downtown. Quiet and Comfy bed. Helpful & friendly staff at Reception. Very Expensive parking ~$35 per day but no mention on hotel website. Smallish TV and poor selection of TV channels, no Skysport or Sky Movie or BBC News available. Kitchen has no pots or pans available for cooking(not even a fry pan) but has ladle, fish slice

nice Hotel, needs a bit of a spruce up, as the fixtures are getting very tired! and the hall way could have been vacuumed.

We stayed for 2 nights. The staff were helpful. The room was lovely and clean. The bed was comfy. The room had a kitchenette, washing machine, and all of the basic essentials. The only thing the room did lack was basic cooking tools which we got upon asking. We would stay again as it was good value for money in the heart of Auckland city!

Disappointing for the amount of Money I paid, very small, couch in lounge very uncomfortable, tv in weird place, no hand towel or body wash. Stains on curtains and quite dusty.
