Good Morning Anonymous guest, Thanks for the feedback on your personal experience. Glad to see you liked our central location. The hotel is in CBD and yet so much away from the maddening crown and city noise. It is handy and walkable distance to most attractions and venues in the CBD. The bond is an alternate to a major credit card. Credit card is a requirement in every hotel around the globe and those guest who don't have a credit card, we offer an alternate, instead of turning away. The bond is totally refundable, should there be no incidentals, incident or damage. The same has been listed on all websites, probably missed your attention during booking.

A bit small for a queen room and the bathroom didn't have a fan or a bath. Was there during covid so couldn't use the other facilities so can't review them. Overall 4 stars

We loved the two little balconies, views on the harbour and overall modern look of our unit. There was a smell in our toilet (this can happen, we told reception and they were going to sort it out straight away), the shower unit came off the wall and we locked ourselves in the fire exit area because our room cards didn't work. But despite this, we loved staying here and enjoyed the spotless unit, good WIFI and friendly service.
