I had a fantastic stay here! The staff were super friendly and they have the best breakfast I’ve seen in a while. The beds were firm but surprisingly way more comfortable than expected and I slept really really well. The bathroom lacked bars for slip safety and a small ledge to put a leg up for shaving etc. The towels were thick and fluffy. The ease of check in and out was awesome!

My only complaint was the bed was really hard and uncomfortable My husband and I both woke up with severe back pain. But the staff was amazing, and the place was beautiful.

Box under the mattress stuck way out as the mattress was pushed up to the wall. Looked tacky. Shower had very little water and no pressure. Breakfast was good.

second time there. really top noch breakfast. staff is amazing. lots of nice common space. but really hate the resort fee. this is a resort? just be honest and put it in the price.

We went on a sports event weekend that was not disclosed to us and the lobby, hallway, business center, restaurant, and pool were overrun by 50-75 children with limited supervision. There was no way to have a relaxing day at the pool and all the cabanas were extra charge and kids swarming the area.

I travel to Medford regularly for work and stay at chain hotels near the airport. Never again! Compass was incredible. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The fabulous were not only clean and modern but roomy, functional and fun. While my work was intense during my stay, I truly came back to Margaritaville and was able to wash the day away. I will stay here every visit moving forward. Highly recommend!
