We needed a place to stay for two nights near the Melburne Zoo, with public transport options to the city. We hit the jackpot when booking the the Larwill Studio Melbourne Art Series. The staff were friendly, well informed, efficient and smoothly answered all questions. What a value add! The room and ammenities were in perfect order. The Bed; Devine, the pillows like clouds. Best sleets! We have already recommended the Larwill to friends and family, as we will be back. My two pieces of advice 1. If driving and parking there, the entrance to its car park is a bit tricky. Follow advice on the website; the entrance to the right of the RCH emergency entrance; 2. Our room had a shopper over the bathtub. A room with a walk-in shower is available on request. They were happy to move us when we enquired, but we declined as we will know for next time. Still, it was lovely that they offered.

Room was spacious and clean. I booked the two singles for my daughter and myself, the beds were pleasantly bigger than I was expecting, both doubles. Very comfortable and lovely linen. It was very good value for money.
