Overall we found the stay disappointing. The bathroom is old, dirty, and the shower tap was falling off the wall. We ordered room service around midnight and it said we had to pick up from reception... ok not really "room service" but we'll still order something. 30 seconds after ordering, reception called and said they weren't doing room service. If that's the case, don't take online orders. For the amount we paid we wouldn't be returning again.

Great self check in. Only one lift working during two day stay over a public holiday long weekend. Not great with long waits.
