The hotel is in a great location and our room was clean and comfortable. We stayed one night and had no interaction with staff at all. We chose to use the self check-in/check-out as the front desk was busy on both occasions. However, during the duration of our stay whenever we walked through the reception area the staff never looked up from the computer to smile or greet us, even when there was no other guests present. It didn’t feel particularly welcoming.

Decent room size and clean. I like that it had a tiny kitchenette and a mini fridge. Lots of bathroom bench space. However our air conditioning didn’t work. Maintenance (lovely man) tried to fix it around 7.30pm but within a couple hours we realised it still wasn’t working. Given it was late at night and with young kids we didn’t want to have someone trying to fix it during the night, so it was warm and uncomfortable overnight.

Room was fine, standard. Breakfast standard. Good location. Multiple time found an empty reception. The staff often acted like you were an inconvenience for waiting for staff. I took my luggage tag to reception and asked for my luggage and the guy said where is it and then huffed and puffed when I didn’t know. My husband took the luggage in so I wasn’t there - surely it’s their job to know which room it’s locked in? Our washing line was broken, we asked for it to be fixed on day 1 as we had wet beach things - day 6 check out and it wasn’t fixed. Wouldn’t stay again.
