Bluetopia is located in a beautiful quiet street and set back off the road and only footsteps to the National Park trails. Framed by native Moonahs, this beachside property sits perfectly in its coastal landscape. An abundance of light infiltrates the interiors, which are anchored by polished solid timber flooring. Tastefully decorated to enhance the seaside ambiance. Perfect for entertaining with numerous options to choose from, including an outdoor entertaining area overlooking the solar heated pool and backyard. This property is ideal for a couple of families or small groups. Ideally located ten minutes walk from the iconic Number 16 Beach, cafe, and general store. You can meander along the walking trails that line the dunes and surf beaches, dine at the local restaurants and cafes, or indulge yourself at the award-winning Peninsula Hot Springs just a few minute's drive away.

* Living *

A massive front deck allows sunlight to drench the main living zone with high ceilings adding to the feeling of space. The fantastic open plan lounge/dining with stunning kitchen features a large waterfall island bench and is equipped with all the latest appliances including coffee machine and filtrated water tap & TV. You will find another living zone, games/entertainment area located at the back of the house, just perfect for the kids or adults wanting some solitude also with a TV & board games for hours of entertainment. This is also one of three access points to the rear deck, running the entire width of the property, which is equipped with sun-lounges, a gas barbeque, and a 9 piece al fresco dining suite with a large umbrella to keep you shaded from the sun. Grass area beside the pool for the kids to run around on. Modern and tastefully decorated throughout gives this property a contemporary, yet relaxed vibe - making it the perfect beachside getaway!

Bedroom 1 - the Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, walk-in robe, and modern spacious ensuite.

Bedroom 2 - overlooking the pool with a Queen size bed, built-in robe, and direct access to the pool area and rear deck.

Bedroom 3 - includes 2 x Sets of Bunks, built-in robe - fabulous for the kids!

A spacious, modern & sleek central bathroom facilitates the remaining bedrooms, including a large vanity and bath. For your convenience, an adjoining toilet provides that extra privacy also.

Other features include a double carport which accommodates two vehicles with plenty of parking space for a boat or jet-ski. Fully fenced backyard, so ideal for small children to run around in or a pet (subject to owner approval) . Ducted heating throughout & split system air-conditioning in the living /kitchen /dining area, along with high-powered Vornado fans in each bedroom, make this property the perfect beachside getaway any time of the year!

If your pet is approved you must abide by our terms and conditions. Charges apply for bringing pets (an additional $15 per pet, per night of your stay). Please advise us at the time of booking, or prior to arrival, if you wish to bring a pet with you and your request will be considered.
