Great location. Staff are very friendly. The room that we stayed in this time was unfortunately a little tired and run down. The couch was very old and uncomfortable and it was dirty. We had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and we enjoyed having everything we needed to prepare breakfast and reheat leftovers. It was helpful to have the washer/dryer, and the staff was friendly and available. The location is ideal and SO close to restaurants, the beach, the tram, etc. It was a quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. The pool was petty chilly but never busy and once you adjust to the temperature, a nice amenity. I would certainly recommend Quest St. Kilda Bayside for anyone visiting Melbourne.
