Work and relaxation
I have been staying at this lovely studio when I travel to Melbourne for work for a couple of years now. It is a very relaxing place, especially after a long day at work. The beach, restaurants, supermarket and train station are within easy walking distance.

I am back to this lovely studio for the second time. The location is just perfect with plenty of take aways and restaurants in the area. Being just a couple of minutes to an off leads beach is the perfect way to unwind after a day of meetings.

Good stay for a night or two
No access to drinking water unless you can stomach the thought of drinking from the bathroom sink. Clean place except the shower which had mould spots. Bed was very noisy every time you move. It was a good location near the beach. Good stay for a night or two if you are passing through.

Love this place. Close to the beach - great to wind down after a hard day at the office. Discovered it a couple of years ago and now its my go-to option for whenever I'm in Melbourne.

No privacy
We are grateful for any place to have our toy poodle with us, but for the price you'd at least expect a kitchen sink, not washing dishes in the bathroom basin. We lost all our food, cos freezer didnt freeze, would've been better in our car freezer. Stayz advertising says you have the whole house but our dog was anxious from the noises in other half of house, dogs barking etc and we had to keep all the blinds closed for privacy as people in garden and on worksite could look in. Too expensive for what it was. No good for honeymooners either as the bed squeaking would wake the neighbours. Great shower.

Perfect location for a let friendly beach holiday
A very comfortable one room ground floor bedsit with everything you need and a great location. 4 minutes walk to a dog friendly beach and lots of cafes and eateries right on the doorstep. I stayed with my dog Mack and we both had a great time.

Fantastic Location
A Perfect getaway super close to Carrum station, beach, supermarket and eateries had everything we needed. Hosts were great. We will be back
