Very disappointed. Terrible service. We were asked at checkout if we enjoyed our stay, my Husband replied no, we’ve decided to check out early and was completely ignored. No apology or further questioning as to what the issues were. Room was good, clean but that was it. Bond not properly refunded and were changed $55 for a roll out bed for the night after we checked out. Emailed the hotel but still no response 5 days later and we remain out of pocket. Cannot call themselves a 5 star hotel.

EXCELLENT check-in. The staff member was attentive, cheerful, and understood exactly what we needed - I mentioned that my travelling companion was from Italy and I was showing her Melbourne and I knew our room at The Langham would have a great view, and the staff member checked that we had a great view. Loved it.

There was constant cinstruction, jackhammering right outside our room. We needed ear plugs from front desk. Couldnt sleep. Would start at like 7am til noon and we were going to sleep around 2am so it was really awful.
