Very, very basic & small. Soap dispenser in shower was empty, couldn’t load dining options on TV although it was implied it could be, check in staff member was blunt & unhospitable. Wouldn’t return given there are many, many better options in the same vicinity

The hotel was very central and close to transport. Rooms are adequate, there was no where to hang the bath towel to dry after a shower and to use the toilet or shower there was no individual switch, the switched we used turned on half lights in the room. When my partner needed to use the mirror, she had to lean over the sink because it was situated behind the basin. The staff are lovely and helpful. The rooms are clean and quiet.

Being from the country regions i was confused how to check in and with 2 accommodations, Ibis and Novotel in one building?? No one at check in desk. Lucky, A concierge person helped me by telling me to go to level 2 to check in and no person was there for the Ibis. Had to check in like at the airport. Confusing at first for sure. Otherwise, great stay and convenient to go to Pink concert. Lovely inside and the pillows were soooo comfortable. Weird style bathroom if you have the blinds open at room window, no privacy. Different. Thank you
