Smooth booking through Wotif. Easy check in. Comfortable beds. Quiet room. We were able to leave our luggage at hotel, upon check out, while we spent the day in the city (service was available till 10pm). Check out no issues. Helpful staff. Was quite convenient to have a cafe downstairs in the lobby area, where we had our breakfast. Convenient location. Close to Melbourne Central station Overall great experience

Had no interaction with any staff. The room was nice but a few issues with cleaning, the toilet had pubic hair on the seat and the bench with the sink wasnt wiped down and was sticky and had remnants of what ever was spilt there by the last guests.

Can see where glasses have been left on the benchtop where the basin was so unsure if the table top had been wiped down apart from that everything was nice enough. Pleasant stay if you don’t plan on being home all day
