Cheap, good location. Hot water went off for 48 hours and banging pipes kept us awake until the boilers were replaced for the building (quite quickly). Our room had no working washing machine so we were moved. Cleaning staff left our room unlocked twice. I asked for a refund for the 2 days without hot water, and did not receive a reply.

Very friendly & helpful staff members. Amazingly quiet for such a busy road. Comfortable beds - mattress high quality. The bathroom could be made safer by having more of an angle on the tiling to drain the water directly into the drain rather than around the bathroom. Very clean in all areas. Thank you.

This was the second time I have stayed here as the location and facilities are just what you need for a city break. Its easy access to the train station to get in and out of the city, the apartments are spacious, comfortable and easy access to shops and supermarkets for supplies.

The receptionist who I met upon arrival was very helpful and is an asset to the business. The apartment is in a wonderful location and close to dining, shopping and entertainment. The apartment itself was spacious and very well resourced (oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, bath/shower, washing machine and dryer). Comfortable couch and a dining table/chairs to use. Lovely balcony. I advised the property on maintenance and cleaning issues which do need attending to. I would be happy to stay at the property again provided the cleaning and maintenance feedback is actioned. Thank you.

3 day trip catching up with family. Nice area with good shopping and dining options. Close enough to walk into Melbourne along the river or catch a train. Room had good facilities but airconditioning couldn’t be adjusted.

Excellent apartment very close to Melbourne CBD. Everything was as described - a lovely spacious apartment withing walking distance to all public transport, and only 2 stops on the train into Flinders St station.Plenty of dining options & bars within 5 minutes of apartment, with a Woolies across the road (50 metres). Would definitely stay here again next time in Melbourne.
