Other things to note
Community Guidelines & Bin Collection:
・If your stay includes Monday night, please assist by pulling the bins to the street-side on the grass for collection by the council on Tuesday morning. If you're unsure which bins to place out, feel free to check with the neighbors.
・After the bins are emptied, kindly return them to their original location.
・We ask that you keep the property clean by properly managing any garbage you accumulate during your stay. Please separate waste, recycling, and organics into the designated bins. Your cooperation helps us maintain a clean and welcoming environment for future guests. Thank you!

3pm, 11am

Early Check-in & Late Checkout:
Please message us 2 days in advance to confirm availability, as early check-in or late checkout is only possible if no same-day guests are checking in or out.

Early Check-in: Free from 1 pm. A fee of $35 per hour applies for check-ins before 1pm.
Late Checkout: Free until 12 pm. A fee of $35 per hour applies for check-outs after 12pm (latest by 2 pm).

Same-Day Bookings:
For last-minute, same-day bookings, please note there may be a delay in check-in to ensure the property is fully prepared and comfortable for your stay.

Parking Information:
The garage is currently unavailable for short-stay guests. You may park on the driveway (space available for one car) or take advantage of the free street parking, which has no time limit.
