Property is new/modern, spacey and lofty, however; - Road/driveway access is poor with the road often overfilled with trucks, trailers, excessive cars next to/across from driveway- Bathrooms/shower recess hasn't been cleaned, with orange/pink mold/scum build up- Yard area is over grown with weeds- Bedding linens/pillows were odorous; unsure of when they'd been last washed- Bench spaces, utensils/crockery were dirty - Use of the property is heavily restricted with cupboards locked or bedding only made to number of booking despite amenities present, windows key locked preventing use- No disposable utilities (ie. Laundry/dish detergents, cooking spreads/sprays, baking paper/aluminium, etc.) - Minimal disposable utilities (ie. Toilet paper, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, bin liners, etc) irrespective of length of stay - Visable property damages (ie. Broken door handle, kicked in mailbox) or broken appliances (tv remote not working properly) - Storage of random/personal items of the (?)host in the property- Host expects most cleaning to be upheld by guests during their stay; with only floors, linens and towels suposedly refreshed between stays. Whilst the shell of the property is appealing, this is a stay that is more costly and hygiene demanding than most.
