Host was super accommodating and communication was perfect. Loved the free washer and dryer and they provide everything you need. Was excited to see an ice machine too. Did get pretty cold and was hard to keep the room warm, but that may be just me being spoiled and not used to the Memphis weather. My husband really liked the back parking area, well monitored and felt very safe. Definitely going to be our new go to when visiting Memphis.

Room was very clean and organized. A very quiet part of downtown to stay. Only complaint is large SUV’s and trucks did not follow the rule of parking in the back, making entering and exiting the small parking lot at the front a little difficult. Definitely NOT the owners fault

The staff brought us body Armour for our marathon. It was so wonderful, clean, and it had everything we needed. They even accommodated a late check out and I appreciated the closed gates at night. The kitchen items were much needed.

I absolutely adored my stay at The Moose and have already recommended this stay to my friends in the area. They made my stay-cation downtown perfect! The room was gorgeous from top to bottom, staff have gone above and beyond to make all amenities accessible, and the little community it is in is adorable. My big stand out was The Moose sending along tailored recommendations for things to do in the vicinity during my length of stay. Not just things available 24/7 in Memphis, but unique little happenings! If you need a cozy stay, with all the amenities covered, with a good location in downtown Memphis, this is the one!

The Moose was a very cool place! The rooms have everything you need and are decorated with a cool style. They even have a guitar you can play! The hotel staff is amazing and will get you wherever you need. Very accommodating.
