I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally professional, polite, and quick to respond to any concerns. Everyone—from the front desk to the dining team and even the housekeeping staff—made me feel very welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful, and I was especially impressed with how clean and well-laid-out the pool area was. The food was delicious, the discounts were appreciated, and the staff went out of their way to offer helpful advice on local shopping. My only suggestion would be to consider adding bath mats in the bathrooms for extra comfort and safety. I brought this up during my stay, and the team received the feedback with warmth and openness. Unfortunately, my aunt had a minor fall in the bathroom, but the staff handled the situation with such care and understanding. As a kind gesture, even though I was fully prepared to pay, the manager on duty offered us a complimentary late checkout—something I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and genuine hospitality. I’m very grateful for the experience and look forward to staying here again.

Great hotel to stay

Soon as I arrived at the check-in counter, they already knew that I am Marriott Elite member and automatically upgraded me to the top floor, very efficiency to have the check in. Room size is not as big as I expected but is reasonable roomy. Bed is big enough, bathroom is very clean and all supplies provided.a balcany with a view to the lobby. Breakfast served plenty of varieties but not particular outstanding. Staffs are very polite and friendly. Overall the room is great but the location is not that good at night time, dark and no street light and is off the major roads.

The hotel is unfortunately in a remote location. The pool is surrounded by the hotel building so not really very inviting. The breakfast staff were very good. Overall just lacks ambience and is along way from the action so would definitely not stay there again.

I stayed here as my partner was In BIMC Hospital, it was easy to still get great rates as I extended the stay three times! Due to him staying on. Close by using taxis but on a good day can walk after crossing a major road. Rooms great, staff always happy to serve
