Everything was very convenient. It is a brand new condo so everything was very clean. It has a very nice fitness center & a beautiful pool area. It has a parking garage but street parking in that area was more convenient and much cheaper.

When we checked in on January 17, we called in that bedroom does not have a window very small. The bed is all the way to the wall of the bedroom so if I wanted to get up, I have to jump over my wife’s to get off the bed. When we try to take a shower in the morning, we did not have a hot water. When we came back today, there were no new towels. Bed was not made trash still in the trash can. When we arrive to our room on the 17th, we did not like the room simply because of the bedroom and we try to cancel our reservation even with the penalty however they told us we have to charge you for four days and I don’t have a problem with that if we could tomorrow, can we get a refund for two days because my wife has a claustrophobia and she cannot sleep in that bedroom. We have called several times today to see if the hot water has been resolved, but no one answered and we have left four or five messages I mean

I felt like this was marketed as a much more luxurious stay, it was clean but felt much smaller than it appeared in the pictures. The service was also pretty bad any time I asked for anything no one got back to me which I found strange. I feel like if you are going to appear to be a luxurious property you need to act like one. In addition there were no towels by the beach available.

Excellent stay! Staff should have more access to owners though. They communicated through a chat and not directly. We got there for early checkin and couldnt because the chat was unresppnsive. my family was tired and we had to wait over 4 hours in the lobby till room was available. But overall the place was amazing
