Room was beautiful. Balcony view was the best. Publix nearby as well as other shops. Parking on site. I loved this hotel and I will be returning back. Room had just the right amount of space plus a washer and dryer. Cannot go wrong booking this hotel.

The building itself is brand new, which makes for a modern feel and the amenities were quite nice and clean. The apartment itself was clean and had a nice layout. The location is still up-and-coming so there’s ongoing development in the area. Currently there no outfoor furniture on the balconies and adding some would really improve the experience. Unfortunately, the hot water never got hotter than lukewarm. Overall, it’s a comfortable luxury/modern spot with potential but it still feels like a work in progress with overall operations as it is an acting apartment complex as well.

Property was amazingly clean and well kept. Dishes and utensils were spotless. Beach was 2 blocks away so super convenient. Couple of minor issues - pull out couch bed wasn’t very comfortable but that’s expected. And communication with the host was challenging. A number of my inquiries via the Expedia Messaging platform went unanswered. But I would still recommend this hotel especially for those looking for more space and a full kitchen.

Very nice appearance - lots of construction going on that limits abilities to enjoy experience. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night frightening my son. Staff wasn’t made aware somehow that I scheduled a late check out, which led to being disrupted 3 times by cleaning staff and our key cards to not work after 11a

Property overall is beautiful but being that it is so new, they’re still things they need to improve on. The room keys didn’t work properly, we had no hot water (only warm) our entire stay, and there was soap scum still in the shower from the previous guests and there aren’t any holders/shelves in the shower. Our bedding (sheets & pillows) smelt like Caucasian hair which lets me know they weren’t properly cleaned/washed. The property was beautiful other than that.
