Recepção horrível, agiram de má fé

Chegamos ao check-in e a atendente foi totalmente indelicada e descortês. Não avisou que o check-in seria num lugar DIFERENTE do local alugado, tivemos que procurar. Ao chegar, quis nos cobrar taxa extra de limpeza de 80 DÓLARES, NÃO PREVISTA NEM ACORDADA NA RESERVA FEITA. Foi grossa, estúpida, quase chegamos a chamar a polícia. Disse que tinha que me cobrar de qualquer jeito e como neguei, me recusou a me receber. Passei por constrangimento e desconforto em ter que achar outro local pra hospedar as 11 hs da noite, num lugar desconhecido. Pior experiência da minha vida em viagens. Totalmente DESRECOMENDO ESTE LOCAL.
