Clean simple well located hotel

Rooms are well appointed with kitchen supplies but very simple in decor. Room had a nice view of the bridge and the water. Pool was way too hot but its small size and the hot temps would make it difficult to keep cool. Staff was efficient.

I loved my spacious terrace. It was huge! The layout of the room was almost perfect. Enjoyed the bed facing floor to ceiling windows. The openness of it was without a doubt a highlight for me. The only small hiccup was getting valet to stop adjusting all my settings in my car EVERY time I returned. I would love to stay again, if the extra terrace room is ever available again! Booked solid everytime I check.

Stuff unfriendly, room dirty, towels with spots. Elevator or broken or very slow collecting all guests, housekeeping, delivery etc. We booked 3 rooms, incl. 2 penthouses, it’s far from what someone would assume a Suite or Penthouse. Even not close. Very disappointing experience. Not a 4* hotel. Will never suggest this hotel.
