Not Hospitable
Upon check in to room there was stained sheets on bed and unfriendly concierge to start our trip. I went to front desk for help with a question and the girl I asked let us know shes not clocked in and would not be of assistance even though she was sitting in the chair. Not sure if a language barrier was the purpose for our poor treatment. Tried to order coffee at downstairs bar and was completely ignored. The gentleman behind the bar did not even make eye contact towards myself and my guest. I had to raise my voice to get his attention as he disregarded patrons and but put glassware away. When trying to speak with front desk they said the restaurant has no connection to the beacon and was not their problem. If I am the owner and have a restaurant in my hotel, located in a city like Miami I would expect every aspect of hospitality to be exceeded. Ended up leaving and checking out entirely within hours and did not stay. Would like to be compensated somehow. Will not return
