Under construction. No pool. And elevator was extremely slow. Room had no view. Bathroom sink was falling through. Nice staff and had towels for beach use. Ok for the price. Nothing happening at this hotel. Room was very spacious

The room was clean but flooring was loose and peeling making floor uneven to walk on. The pool was closed and we was not informed at check-in which was not ideal as it was a nice day to be in a pool, we would’ve went to another hotel that offered a pool. No ice, was told to go to store for ice, not a room accommodation.

The Fritz Hotel is amazing! My son and I stayed there over the Labor Day weekend and it was the Best hotel experience I've ever had! South Beach is literally right in front of you! There's a parking garage the street behind the hotel and so many stores within walking distance! You have everything you need here! If you are planning a stay in Miami and wanna be on the beach . I highly recommend you try the Fritz!

Enjoyed it.

Awesome staff Roof top pool was awesome had ocean in background. Valet parking out front. 40 a day but for the area was easier then dealing with the parki g at south beach. Rooms were large. Bedroom was hot at first turned ac on and closed living room vent and left kitchen vent open and ac was distributed better keeping room cold.
