We barely had room service .. the room was clean but when they done the updates, whenever that was, they neglected the exterior door.. the door looked like it had been through world war 2!there was a huge crack at the bottom to allow criters in so we put a towel there during our stay.. The first night our door was banged on at midnight and a mans voice demanded we open the door and of course we did not! Called the police..they never saw him..so hopefully it was a wrong room mistake... when they did come in to clean they only changed out towels..never made the bed..we stayed for 3 nights so we expected to have the room taken care of..needless to say we wont be back here. . ..on another note even though it had been in the 80's the pool was freezing cold!

Towels felt like sandpaper, need to bring own soap, shampoo and conditioner as only silver dollar sized soap and 1 oz bad shampoo provided. Tub has peeling porcelain and looks very dirty as well as the bottom of shower curtain. Big gaps in the outside door. Limited tv, no cable channels.

This place was absolutely disgusting. The room smelled bad and had visible mold, and the shower was rusty. I even had to buy Lysol at a nearby Walmart just to make the space bearable for the night. There were mouse droppings on the floor, which made my wife and me extremely uncomfortable—we couldn’t sleep at all because we were too worried about our kids. We ended up leaving the room as soon as the boys woke up around 6 a.m. and didn’t even bother speaking with the front desk.

The room we were allocated to was not cleaned well. Particularly, the restroom and the sofa were dirty. The hallway smelled horrible, and there were always several people staying at the inn's door and smoking. It was a bit cheaper than most other places in the area, but it was not worth the price at all.
